We may request clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

• Products damaged because of improper use or handling by the customer.

• Products manufactured or customized according to the customer's specifications, except where the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

• Products that are otherwise excluded from return under applicable Saudi Arabian law.

Where applicable, statutory consumer rights will continue to apply.

4. How to Request a Return

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the order, where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange where the product is available.

If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an appropriate alternative or refund, subject to the applicable circumstances and laws.
